Yasuhara Nanoha Macro Lens

The Yashuhara Nanoha x5 macro lens is available for Micro Four Thirds and Sony NEX cameras.  The 5:1 magnification of this little lens is incredible.  It sports a zoom range that goes from 4x to 5x as well as built-in illumination.  In the video below, you’ll see a little over from NAB 2012, as well as some sample video and photo through the Panasonic GX1.

The Yashuhara Nanoha x5 macro lens retails for $499 and is available from B&H Photo.  Check out the hands-on video below.

Love the idea. How long before one of the bigger manufactures makes one for DSLR ?
