Apple has issued an update to Digital Camera RAW 4.05, which adds RAW image compatibility for the following cameras to Aperture 3 and iPhoto ’11:

The update specifically provides supports for Fuji’s X-Trans CMOS sensor, which is present in all of the above cameras.

Fuji has announced the new the first XF telephoto zoom lens for the X-Series, the XF55-200mm F3.5-F4.8 R LM OIS lens. The new lens will work the Fuji X-Pro1 and X-E1 mirrorless cameras, which will also be receiving new firmware to improve autofocus performance (coming in July according to Fuji). Lightroom 4

Adobe has released final versions of Lightroom 4.4 and Camera Raw 7.4, which are now available on Adobe.com.

Part of the update includes improved demosaic algorithm for better raw file support on cameras with X-Trans sensors – the X-Pro1, X100S, X-E1 and X20.
