I love cars. I have been enamored with Ken Block’s Gymkhana series ever since it started a few years ago. What is Gymkhana, you ask? It is a few glorious minutes of magnificent hooning by a pro driver in a killer car and on a ridiculous course made of real-world locations. The latest edition takes place on the streets of Los Angeles.

RED Epic Dragon Dethrones the Nikon D800E as Top Sensor in DxO Mark Tests

The 36MP full frame Nikon D800E has been the top dog sensor according to DxO Mark since the camera was first tested back in February 2012. That is, until DxO Mark put the new 6K RED Epic Dragon sensor to the test. The 19MP APS-H sized sensor from the Epic Dragon was the first to break the 100-point barrier on the DxO Mark score. Watch This Fun Slow-Motion Wedding Photo Booth

Wedding photo booths are pretty common. But a slow-motion video booth? A bit less common.

For this fun video booth, Seattle video production company Super Frog Saves Tokyo set up a RED Epic at 160fps with 4 Konova 900 LED lights for some great action shots at a wedding reception.

The result is a viral hit that is sure to result in trend of slow-motion booths in the near future.

RED is Building 6K Dragon Cameras Live at NAB in a Custom-Built Clean Room

In what is probably the wildest thing I have seen thus far at NAB 2013, RED has built a ridiculous clean room for its engineers to perform Dragon camera builds on the show floor – complete with windows for spectators to watch the magic happen.

For a little background, EPIC and SCARLET owners also have the option to upgrade their cameras’ sensors to the 6K Dragon sensor for around $10k. The upgrade program has finally begun with quite the spectacle here at NAB 2013. The EPIC-M Dragon starts at $29k.
