When will the price drops stop on the 5D Mark II?
I’m not sure, but it sure seems like Adorama and B&H are trying to one-up each other day after day.
Adorama now has the Canon 5D Mark II for $1999. This price gets you bundle with a 5D Mark II body, a SanDisk 16GB Extreme Pro card, a Slinger camera bag and a collection of Red Giant production software.
Your move B&H.
UPDATE: That was quick.

The deal is gone on Adorama; however, B&H now has the 5D Mark II for $1,999.95 here.
Lexar 32GB Class 10 SDHC Card for $32.95
If you’re picking up a new camera this holiday season for yourself or someone else, there’s a high likelihood that it will use SDHC memory cards. The prices just keep dropping on these, which makes it easy to get a whole lot of storage space for just a little cash.
Because the fast cards are relatively inexpensive, don’t skimp or make a mistake and purchase a cheap-o SD card that will underperform. I wouldn’t expect his deal to last too long, but Amazon has the 5D Mark II with a 24-105mm f/4L lens for $2749.
This is substantially lower that this kit normally runs (usually in the $3200 or higher range). The lens alone goes for over $1000, which would put the value of the 5D Mark II body in the $1700 range. Again, I don’t expect this to last long.
[Update: And it's gone. Hope you got one...]
Lightroom Deal of the Week
Amazon has posted a “deal of the week” with Adobe Lightroom 3 available for only $149.99.
That’s half-off the go-to raw image editor. You can find it here at Amazon; however, Amazon says quantities are limited and it expires when they run out…
