I've been experimenting with some time lapse workflows and wanted to share what's working for me at the moment.

1. I shoot RAW.
2. Import files to Lightroom for editing. Then, sync settings from one reference image with all other images in that set.
3. Export full res JPG files to a folder on my desktop.
4. Use Time Lapse Assembler (for Mac) to create a Quicktime file of the images at 1 frame each into a 24fps movie. http://www.dayofthenewdan.com/…..ssembler-1
5. Import the MOV file to Premiere Pro and it's ready to edit as a single lightweight clip.

You can see the results in a couple of the clips of the Vegas Strip used in my intro for all the NAB 2012 videos.

What other thoughts or suggestions do you have for time lapse workflows?
