Tamron has filed a patent for a 150-600mm f/5-6.3 lens, which would presumably feature Tamron's Vibration Compensation. The big telephoto zoom lens would be the longest reaching zoom lens in Tamron's lineup if/when it is released – taking the title from the current sub-$1000 Tamron 200-500mm f/5-6.3, which it would likely replace.…
