I have the good fortune to presently use an X pro 1 – I hope you will excuse me if I don't jump out of my skin and shout "Huzzah" with excitement with the news of the X-T1. As far as I'm concerned, electronic finder cameras (in the present state of technology), cannot be taken seriously. It will be interesting to see what Fuji do in the next couple of years. I seriously hope they don't go all gimmicky, hi-tech and very clever – and louse the whole X system up.
Ashley, I think I understand your comment re EVFs. I'm very much an amateur in these things (although my son is a pro) but the weatherproof qualities of the X-T1 has attracted my attention especially as they have announced a weatherproofed lens is also coming this year. My interest, as you can guess, is outdoor and nature photography. I am using an X-E1 at present and I do love this camera. My quandary is whether to buy the X-T1 or wait to see what the X-Pro 2 (if it ever comes) might offer. Any ideas?
