Looks like Nikon has a little something special planned for February 7 . . . according to the press invite shown above. The general consensus is that Feb. 7 is the official announcement date for the 36MP Nikon D800.
Can you handle 5 more days of suspense?

36MP ????????????? And the D4 16MP???? Well, I`ve read here that Sony is behind the sensor; that Sony 24MPsensor (although is APS) doesn`t invite me to think that a 36MP sensor is able to reach the D700 ISOS. But I want a nice surprise !!!
I wonder what the price will be and what the video capabilities will be; then compare specs and go for the better deal! Don’t I wish that my brother-in-law or sister-in-law worked for this company?
