Only problem is, Ritz charges sales tax, which means I can get a new one from B&H for just about the same price.

Oops. Guess I haven’t been on their site in a while.

Ritz used to charge sales tax in Georgia, especially after they bought out all the Wolf Camera locations here. Now their website says they are only required to charge tax in California, Kansas, and Maryland. I don’t know how they got out of charging sales tax in Georgia since they have brick-and-mortar locations here, but I’m not complaining.

The Ritz online site is a different entity with different ownership than the brick and mortar stores. I spelled out the differences when the brick and mortar stores filed bankruptcy a couple of years ago: http://www.photographybay.com/2009/02/23/ritzcameracom-is-not-filing-bankruptcy/

(Note that the Ritz online parent company filed Ch. 11 bankruptcy earlier this year as well, but seems to be back in order now. http://www.photographybay.com/2011/08/31/ritz-interactive-files-bankruptcy/ )
