Sony NEX-C3

The pink Sony NEX-C3 is now in stock at B&H Photo.  This one is sure to be a hit among the girls who want a more girly camera this Fall and on into the holiday season.

There also several other colors of the NEX-C3 that are available for pre-order at the moment.

Canon 5D Mark II

For the past few weeks, Canon USA has been regularly listing refurbished Canon 5D Mark II’s for $1999. They sell out pretty quick each time.

They’re back in stock now (here’s the link to the 5D Mark II page), along with solid deals on several other Canon bodies, including the Canon 60D for $799.

There are also a number of refurbished Speedlites and lenses available direct from Canon USA.

Sony A77 Good Design Award

The Sony A77 was briefly featured on a nomination page for the Good Design Expo starting later this month in Tokyo.  The listing confirmed several key features for the new A77, including a 24MP Exmor CMOS image sensor powered by a new BIONZ processor that will help the A77 deliver a whopping 12fps in full resolution stills. Fuji Finepix F600 EXR

The Fuji F600EXR is a new 16MP compact camera that sports a 15x zoom lens (24-360mm equivalent).  It allows users to capture RAW image files, as well as 1080p HD video.

The new F600EXR also packs a 3-inch LCD and delivers up to 11fps for a 32 frame burst.  The built-in GPS also lets you geotag your images.

The FinePix F600EXR should be available in October at an initial retail price of $349.95.  Check availability on Amazon.com.

Like Crazy

After winning Best Picture Grand Jury Prize and Best Actress Special Jury Prize at Sundance last year AND being picked up by Paramount for a cool $4 million, ‘Like Crazy’ is on its way to the box office this Fall.  It was shot on a Canon 7D – a camera you can buy for around $1600.
