Samsung NX Prototypes: Fun Form-Factors

in Samsung

Recently, Samsung gave us a look into the development of NX lenses and what the future might hold for the format of its mirrorless camera system.  Along with that look, Samsung teased us with the above image that shows off several different designs of prototype NX-system cameras and lenses.

I’m not so sure about the ergonomics the Hassy-esqe design, but it sure has a nice retro look to it.

What do you think?  What kind form-factor would be ideal for your shooting needs/wants?

I agree, it is not very ergonomical, but looks great – retro style!!

I don’t believe the Hassy look is anything hitting marked. But the mock up with mechanical dials on it looks very high marked novelty retro camera to me. Following Fuji x100 or any other hyped up super beautiful compact. Samsung hight aim at interchangeable lens compact with ergonomics of the Fuji.

There are so many test videos out on youtube showing that videographers are experimenting with all kinds of lens camera combinations my bet would be to harvest this trend with a full range of adapters and specialty lenses with creamy Bokeh.
