
The Olympus XZ-1 is a 10MP point and shoot camera with 4x optical zoom lens and a retro-inspired style. The 4x zoom lens provides a 35mm equivalent zoom range of 28-112mm and a bright f/1.8 aperture at the wide end.

The XZ-1 can capture 720p HD video at 30 fps and RAW-format still images. The camera features a sensor-shift image stabilization system, with electronic image stabilization applied during video capture. The XZ-1 also sports a 3-inch OLED monitor with a high 614k resolution.

The Olympus E-PL2 was announced earlier this week at CES 2011. As the name suggests, the Micro Four Thirds format E-PL2 is a follow-up to the popular E-PL1.
The E-PL2 features a 12.3MP sensor, max sensitivity of ISO 6400, 3-inch LCD (460k dot resolution) and Olympus’ signature Art Filters for creative photo processing in-camera.
