you are comparing orange and cucumber :D , 550D and D90 are not in the same league to comapre .
and about having a video capability ,this abilty is one of the functions that is becoming a standard fucnction in dslrs nowadays . so u cant fight with that,and surely when comparing two Dslrs in all aspects it plays an important role .
