What is shot tp shot speed? H10 said as 3 sec., whihc seems a liitle slow to me. Can you provide any comments on this?

I wonder if they fixed the airway that allows dust to enter the camera and settle on the back of the lcd screen. I hate looking at that dust every time I look at the LCD panel
