Hi folks,
although it looks not overwhelming at first sight, there seem to be some interesting aspects if this message woule become true:
1) It would be the first Sony DSLR with HD video
2) If Nikon and Sony still cooperate, rumours about a Nikon 700s/x/800 or whatoever with a smaller chip become more realistic
3) It could compete with Canon 5D II or 7D, depending on the chip-size
4) From Marketing point of view, APS-H would allow to position the device just in the middle and compete with both the Canon DSLR's and not to endanger the sales of APS-C and FF e.g. D300 or D3s...

Maybe this will many consumers demands although I suppose it will not satisfy all needs as I stick to my compact and may wait another year(s) until they deliver what I really want: FF/20-30MP/Full-HD at a price < 3000 €...

GOD.
If Exmor X is a full frame and if it has HD video capabilities like Canon then I WANT one.
This looks so cool. But looking at the internal flash, it means it will be ether APS-C or APS-H which will ruin the party a bit

I guess 10 fps is too high. What sensor size? APS-C or FF? What class for Sony A750 is going to be competitor. For Canon 7D and Nikon D300s or Canon 5D II and Nikon D700?
I wait more
