Bogen Fall Foliage Webinar

Bogen has another free webinar coming up soon.  On September 18, 2009 at 2-3 p.m. ET, Adam Barker and David Fisher will host a webinar and provide tips on how to shoot fall foliage.  As usual, Bogen also has some giveaways to those who attend the live webinar.  If you can’t make it though, you should still register so you can watch it later at your convenience.

Olympus E-600 Announced

Olympus E-600

Today, Olympus has announced the E-600 DSLR, which features a 12.3-megapixel sensor.  The E-600 also offers a 2.7-inch vari-angle LCD screen, Olympus’ popular Art Filters and in-body image stabilization.

The Olympus E-600 should be available November 2009 in a kit with the ED 14-42mm f3.5/5.6 Zuiko lens at an initial retail price of $599.99.  Check availability on Amazon.com.

Canon 7D

It’s pretty clear that the Canon 7D is all but official and that it is slotted between the Canon 50D and 5D Mark II.  While it retains the 1.6x crop sensor format of the 50D and its predecessors, the 7D is definitely geared more toward serious amateurs and pro wildlife and sports photographers.
