The Pentax K30D rumors still have hope after the recent release of the Pentax K-7, which many assumed would serve as a replacement for the Pentax K20D. Amateur Photographer, however, has confirmed with Pentax UK that the K-7 is not a replacement for the K20D. The K-7 and K20D are both current models, which leads to the logical question: when is the Pentax K30D going to surface?

If you’re looking for a compact, interchangeable lens camera that can record movies in Full HD, then then Panasonic DMC-GH1 is the only game in town (yes, the Canon EOS-5D Mark II can do it too, but it’s not in the same class).

Neutral Day has posted a review of the Canon Powershot SX200 IS.
Overall performance may not win blue ribbons in any given category, but the SX200 IS does most things very well, with an approachable interface, enough controls for enthusiasts to be happy with, a competent lens, and yes, it even takes great pictures.

The Sony A380 is a 14.2 megapixel DSLR, which replaced the Sony A350. Unlike the A350 though, the Sony A380 kit lens is an 18-55mm lens rather than the 18-70mm range provided by the A350′s kit lens.
