		<description>In spite of problems some people have spoken of at some stores, I am not glad to see Ritz go. Like was said before, as a consumer in the end it is your responsibility to do research about products you wish to buy. The sales guy can only take an educated guess of what you want based on what you tell him, and all he can do is show you what is on hand at that location.  And with that many stores, you had to expect that they could not all hire camera experts anyway. But the picture services are the part that I will miss most about Ritz. The new digital developing that they came out with the last few years was so much better than before, being that they now etch the image into the paper rather than just make ink jet images. Even with my little 5.1 meg camera, those images were almost impossible to tell from my film images, even when they were enlarged quite a bit. To have so many print sizes and products available so fast was the great thing about them. We will sure miss them dowm here in Charleston, SC. In a city that gets so many tourist photos taken as this place has, it is a real drag not to have a place that tourists can get pictures made up fast in the city any more.</description>

		<description>Matt: since you are a store manager...my daughter took our wedding video over to one of the now closing stores and had it put onto a DVD.  I called and the manager said he would mail the DVD and tape to us..I called every monday to remind him and he promise to get it in the mail. Now no one answers the phone....any suggestions on how I can get my video and DVD back???  The store was in Landing, Illinois and we live in Indiana...my daughter drove there to surprise us with the DVD.</description>

It is always been my philosophy to educate myself before making a purchase, whether you&#039;re talking a pair of sneakers or a piece of high-tech equipment it is better to do the research and be an educated consumer before you enter the store know the brand, model number, the specifications that you need in the product and above all know that you&#039;re going to pay what you anticipated before you leave your home. Sure it&#039;s nice to ask the salesperson questions to reaffirm your research. Simply put, do your research, know how much you want to pay, and don&#039;t be impulsive. Unless of course you are a person that prefers to be pulled around like a dog on a leash and then blame the salesperson after you get home and realize you have gotten a piece of crap!</description>
