Especially for pros and enthusiasts who are already invested in the Nikon system, and can afford the eight grand, this is one smart big-ticket purchase.

Cameras.co.uk has published a review of the Nikon Coolpix S60.

The touch screen does not make the camera any easier to use, but I would say it is a bit more fun. The text used in the menu system is a good size and you should have no problem reading it.

PhotographyBLOG has posted a review of the Olympus SP-565 UZ.

The images it delivers are perfectly acceptable too, exposures even for the most part, while balance accurate and the kind of detail you’d expect from a 10 megapixel contender.

Digital Photography Interface has posted a review of the Panasonic Lumix LX3.

The Panasonic Lumix LX3 is a capable prosumer camera that’s got very good image quality traits in almost all respects (Except for some noise and detail issues); thumbs up to Panasonic for tackling the issue of image quality which used to exist a few years back.

Imaging Resource has posted its full review of the Canon 5D Mark II.

The Canon 5D Mark II is indeed a premium digital SLR. It’s not just the very high resolution that makes it stand out, but the excellent high ISO performance, effectively giving you the freedom to shoot handheld in conditions where you’d normally need a flash or a tripod.
