Nikon D700 – Magazine Leak

Many publications will get pre-release cameras in order to make it to press with the latest news. In exchange, they generally must enter into a non-disclosure agreement (NDA); however, Photography Bay doesn’t have any such agreement with Nikon, or else I wouldn’t be posting this info. The official press release from Nikon can’t be too far behind now.

either way I am sure someone’s head is rolling over the leak but the D700 looks good. I will be interested to know what the difference is between the D300 I just bought last week and the D700.

Where the second line: D400,500,600?
Will never exist?

D700 is not a direct continuation of the D300 so the D400-600 might still come. the main difference between D300 and D700 is that D700 has a full-frame sensor
