I am confused! Wasn’t there something listed here before about a site called Showup??? I am pretty sure I tried it out – if I recall it was meant to let multiple people upload to the same album, both photos and videos. What happened to it?

Great photo sharing web sites. I mostly use Flickr and Photobucket since I am not a professional photographer.

I have using a new site called Digitalgrams and think it is pretty cool. They are still adding features almost every day because I keep getting new features. You can share photos, send them as photo e-cards, the user interface is good, but what I really like is they have this photo personalization feature where you can add a transparent digital frame to your photo.

I use the new service BlueMelon – it is really user-friendly even for free users and has got effective uploaders. It is nice and – although it is in development – it offers good features, like the fullscreen slideshow runnable directly from the browser.

I often use drop.io for sharing pics (and vid) it takes a very different approach than the other sites here, but is perfect for me when i want to share an album or pics from an event with a group of people simply with no hassle on my part or theirs. It is easy for them to add what they took at the event to the ‘drop’ (like an album, but with blog functions too. It works better than you would think) too. Free drops are 100mb, with no limit on the number of drops.

Has anyone heard of Snapact before? Check it out at http://www.snapact.com. The developers are always open to feedback and suggestions. Limitations: free version is for personal, non-commercial use only and shares only 250 photos… for now.
