I don't know if you can get that gear with 2 camera bodies in the 350 comfortably. You might consider the Think Tank Photo Streetwalker HardDrive (see review) as another option.

I'm looking for a lightweight back pack to hold my laptop and two camera bodies w/wide angle lenses plus extra lenses and flash. Will the 350 do it for me?

I have SlingShot 300 which fits my EOS 40D with three main lenses: 10-20/3.5-4.5, 24-70/2.8 and 70-200/2.8 and some other stuff. All that is quite heavy to carry on one arm only. So I waited for bigger FastPack from the day I saw 200 in a shop. I was so dissapointed at the moment 350 arrived. Its lower compartment is only a few centimeters shorter just enough NOT to fit my lenses.

[...] New LowePro FastPacks These remind me of a Slingshot/backpack hybrid. I love the way you can access the gear inside. More detailed info here: Lowepro Fastpack Camera Bag | Photography Bay They look pretty awesome. I'm going to snag one for my new D300. Here it is in action!
