Shot with a Nikon D70s - 35mm - f/11 @ 1.6s - ISO 200 - 1/3 EV bias.
Strobist - SB800 on the roof of the car fired full power into a large white disc reflector. 1.6sec exposure at f/11 (trying really hard to get all the little lights in focus!)
