Nikon D300 Coming Too?

Written by Eric Reagan on June 12th, 2007 | 5 Comments

We’ve all been busy with the Nikon D3, or whatever it’ll be called. A DPReview.com forum poster is throwing around some Nikon D300 rumors now:

I believe [the Nikon] D300 will be there sooner than some might think. Got the info trough the shop I often buy from…

A weak rumor, but a rumor nonetheless. We’ll see if the D300 starts to heat up the rumor mill in the near future…

For now, see more dirt here.

seeing how some places have the d200 on back order, i really don\'t see any incentive as far as nikon is concerned to come out with a new camera anytime soon. i personally we wont see an upgrade in the prosumer nikon at least until 2009.

The D200 is a slink that has never been fixed (short banding still remains). It is no worth buying, and should be replaced as soon as possible.
