Fuji tends to skip 4s because in Japan 4 is a very unlucky number, think a more extreme version of 13 for Brits/Americans... There'd be next to no sales in Japan and even people in the company might see it as a "cursed" idea... anything that went wrong would probably be blamed straight on the numbering.
